This vintage  is CeCe or Dee-Dee, one of the sister bears from  by Applause/Sekiguchi. She has jointed arms and legs and a head that turns. She was originally sold in a set that included both CeCe and Dee-Dee and is the shorter of the two sisters.

She's golden brown and wears a red and white gingham dress that ties at the neck with a red ribbon. The elastic on the dress has lost its stretchiness with age, so there's a lot of loose fabric on the back of the dress that is no longer gathered, as shown in the photos.

She has felt pads on her hands and feet. Her hands are not curved, so she can't hold accessories. She is stamped "Sekiguchi" on the back. She has a little bit of coloring rubbed off her nose but is otherwise in good vintage condition.
